Polish Nail Bar

This was the worst nail expereince I have ever had. I asked for my old SNS nails to be taken off and a full set of acrylic. I asked for bubblegum pink, non sparkly, small french tip, square nails. The person who did my nails did not ask what I wanted, did not ask what shape, did not ask for inspiration pictures. They told me they were going to add SNS on top of my old SNS instead of removing the old SNS. The SNS they added on top was clearly a different color than the SNS I already had. It looks like I have two different colors on my nails. The French tip they did was not small and it was half the size of my nail. The French tip is also not straight on my nails and is jagged. I also wanted a pedicure. They asked me if I wanted the same color on my toes that I got on my nails. I said yes. My toes and nails are clearly two different color pinks. They do not match at all. The whole process was extremely rushed and I did not feel like they took their time to give me what I wanted or do a decent job. It was extremely overpriced for what I received and I will NOT be going back here. This does not even deserve a one star. Very disappointed:(

I’ve not had a bad experience until the last few visits. Usually I get Kaylin, who is fantastic but the last two visit I’ve had gentlemen that I’ve never seen before. The most recent visit destroyed my nails. The SNS chipped off immediately and my natural nails were paper thin. They were filed shabbily and too narrow. I was very disappointed. I’ll not likely visit again. Once my trust is lost, it’s not easily regained. I got my nails done on Thursday and they were chipped and cracked by Saturday.

I have been going to Polish Nail Bar for over 9 months now and my sister and nieces have been coming with me. Everyone is good at what they do there, but my faves are Tee and John. They do not disappoint when it comes to doing your nails. The design and quality if the nails is great. In the pics attached it is my nieces nails (green) and mine.

I'm amazed by the dipping stay long and natural look of my nails! It's like magic how they last and look so real. The gel extensions were perfect for my vacation – they let me grow my own nails longer and still look stunning. The salon's environment is exceptionally clean and smells wonderful, and the luxurious decorations add to the relaxing experience. I appreciate their commitment to cleanliness, with disposable tools and chair liners for each client. The color options are endless, making it a tough but enjoyable choice. Despite the busy salon, they go out of their way to accommodate everyone. I recommend booking in advance, either by phone or through their convenient online booking system.
